Little Yellow Liquid Glue With Low Viscosity Threadlocker Adhesive

1. Properties & Applications

DY-N340 is a single component anaerobic thread locking & sealing adhesive and cylinder adhesive with the features of medium viscosity, and high strength. The product cures in the absence of air between two fitting metal surfaces to prevent loosening and leakage.
DY-N340 is applicable to locking and sealing threads under M36, and to locking parts of cylinders, and hole plugs.

2. Directions

Clear the contaminants like water, dusts, oil of the substrate surface to keep it clean, dry and smooth.
Coat the axle with the adhesive. Then install the rotator, gear wheel and pulley wheel onto the axle. For threads, coat the screw with the adhesive. Match it with the nut and rotate it several times to make the adhesive even. And then fix them.
Let them be until the adhesive cures fully.

3. Storage and warnings

Storage:

Store the adhesive in shady, dry, well-ventilated, damp-proofing places
Store the adhesive at room temperature.
Keep away from any source of ignition.

Warnings:

In the event of mass use, make a pre-test.
The adhesive is irritable to skin and eyes. Wear gloves while applying glue.
Keep out of reach of children.
In case of skin or eye contact, flush with water and seek medical treatment immediately if necessary.
