Product Overview
Detection Principle: This system is based on the basic principle of helium leak
detection. Helium is used as a tracer gas to be filled into the
workpiece, and then the leakage accuracy of the workpiece can be
quickly and accurately determined by the helium leak detector.
Application Range: It is suitable for workpiece leak detection in various industries
such as automotive, refrigeration, power generation, household
appliances, electronics, pharmaceuticals, plumbing systems, and
military fields.
Installation Requirements
Personnel Qualification: Installation must be carried out by trained professional
installers.
Site Conditions
Power Supply: Three-phase five-wire 380VAC, power 15KW, equipped with 8 air
switches. The height of the switches above the ground is ≥1.5M, and
the distance from the main equipment placement position is ≤2M.
Gas Supply
At least 1 bottle of bottled helium (40 liters, 12MPa) with a
0.1MPa pressure reducing valve.
Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with a 0.2MPa pressure
reducing valve.
Clean compressed air with a pressure of 0.55 - 0.7MPa; the distance
between the gas supply interface and the equipment placement
position is ≤1M.
Other Facilities: Prepare an outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter ≥3/4″, and the
distance between the interface and the equipment placement position
is ≤1M.
