Brief description
The 5560B series high-precision battery internal resistance tester
is an ultra high cost performance product developed to meet the new
needs of the battery industry, specifically for testing and
high-speed sorting of low resistance and large-scale lithium
battery packs on assembly lines. With years of technological
advantages in impedance testing, the highest testing resolution of
this series can reach 0.1u Ω, and the voltage resolution can reach
10uV The instrument comes standard with RS232C and HANDLER
interfaces, making it easy to build automated testing systems.
Performance characteristics
●4.3 inch LCD color LCD display, with both battery resistance R and
voltage V displayed simultaneously;
● Minimum resolution of 0.1u Ω, 10uVHigh precision, good stability,
and the fastest testing speed is 100 times/S;
● Test line contact inspection function;
● Built in comparator function, 10 level sorting;
● The HANDLER sorting interface realizes the online function of
automated equipment;
● Standard RS232 (optional RS485) communication interface,
supporting two communication modes: SCPI and Modbus (RTU);
● Test conditions are automatically saved, with 50 sets of internal
instrument files and 500 sets of USB settings files;
Invention patent, can directly upload test results to the computer
without installing software.
