Working principle of eddy current separator:
Magnetic field effect, eddy current separator processes materials
by applying external magnetic field. When the material passes
through the magnetic field, eddy current will be generated in the
conductor material. The strength and direction of the magnetic
field will affect the generation and effect of eddy current,
thereby achieving the sorting and separation of materials.
During the separation process, the eddy current separator applies a
magnetic field to the material, causing the material to produce
different eddy current effects, thereby achieving the separation of
materials. During the separation process, by adjusting the magnetic
field parameters and material properties, different materials can
be effectively separated, and the purity and quality of the
materials can be improved.
