The Introduction of carbonization furnace
Our energysaving environmental continuous carbonization furnace can
producecharcoal powder continuously by burning the combustible gas from the gasifier stove .It has the
marked features of energy-saving.environmental-friendly and high efficiency .
Structure:
1.Gasifier: to produce the gas by burning biomass
2.gas cooling and purifying system : to cool and purify the gas
3.Carbonization furnace : conformed of 4or 8 pipelines, finalize heating and carbonization
.
4.Cooling and discharging system: to cool and discharge the finished charcoal.
It includes below parts:
♦ Gasifier: to produce gas by heating sawdust or wood wastes.
The produced gas will be used for heating the raw material inner
the carbonization stove untill the raw material can spontaneous
combustion;
♦Gas cooling and purifying system : to cool and purify the gas which produced from the process of
dry distillation.
The purify system will connect with water pump, and the water is
recycled water.
♦ Carbonization furnace: conformed of 4 pipelines, finalize heating and carbonization.
The top two layers is moisture removal process, and the last two
layers is pyrolysis process.
♦ Cooling and discharging system: to cool and discharge the finished charcoal.
When the charcoal comes out, the temperature will be about 20-30
degree.

Raw material for charocal carbonization furnace:
Sawdust , rice husk , coconut shell, palm shell , sunflower shell,
bamboo shavings etc.
The size should be less than 15mm.

Packaging & Shipping
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be
packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed
by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
3. Or as per customer's requirements.
