Structure of wood briquettes charcoal carbonization furnace
1.Main Furnace Body
The main furnace body consists of outer stove and inner pots.
a.The outer stove is made of refractory bricks,and covered with
steel plate.
b. The inner pots are movable,when you finished carbonization first
stove,you need use hoisting system hang it out to cool down,then
carbonize the second inner pot with raw materials.We can allocate
different quantities inner pots according to your different
capacity.
2.Smoke Recycling System
It can make the smoke circulating during the carbonizing process in
the furnace,and it can supply heat for next carbonization
furnace,so it saves a lot of fuels;also,protect environment.
3.Hosting System
Hoisting system can lift and filled inner pot into the chamber of
furnace and lift the finished carbonization inner pot out of the
furnace.Just one person can operate it,which saves labor cost.
