Structure of carbonization stove:
Two Parts: gasification process and carbonization process
The gasified gas produced in the gasification stove goes through
the edulcoration, purification, storage, dehumidification process,
and then it becomes the heating source for the carbonization stove
to carbonize the raw material into the product we need.
Features:

Environmental protection gasification continuous carbonization
furnace is the sawdust, rice husk, peanut shell, straw, bark carbon
wood materials such as plants under 5 cm granule (volume) under the
condition of high temperature carbonization, the ideal equipment of
anaerobic coking and coking rate is high.
How to work?
1,Burning the raw material inside of the gasification furnace
2,The produced flue gas in pipeline within after spray pour,
cooling purification, became combustible gas (carbon monoxide,
methane, ethane,)
3,When the temperature reached to 300 degrees Celsius,
carbonization furnace starting carbonizing of raw materials,
producing smoke; flue gas become into a combustible gas after spray
pour, cooling purification by the cooling purification system,
continue carbonizing, then gasifier stop working.
Shipping and packing:
1.Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft,
40ft, 40hp container.
2. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be
packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Otherequipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
