• Assembly workshop
• Frame construction: Assemble the frame, base and bracket according to the design drawings. Ensure the stability and firmness of the frame to provide support for the subsequent installation of parts.
• Transmission system installation: Install the transmission components such as stepper motors, drive motors, belts and gears on the frame to ensure that the mechanical parts can operate smoothly and ensure the precise movement and printing accuracy of the print head.
• Accurate installation of the print head: Install the print head in the specified position according to the design requirements, and ensure that the connection between the print head and the transmission system and ink pipeline is accurate.
• Nozzle calibration: After the print head is installed, the nozzle needs to be accurately calibrated to ensure that each nozzle can spray ink evenly to avoid blockage or uneven ink spraying.
