    Capped Weld Pins also named Cup Head weld pins is welded through the insulation, allowing the fabrication

    to be done in one easy step. The head of the pin is attached to the nail, so there is no need to add

    a washer.Reduced labor time - Neat, finished appearance

    Capped Capacitor Discharge (CD) Weld Pins are used to fasten insulation to the inside

    of sheet metal air ducts. These fasteners are usually applied when the ductwork is being

    fabricated.

    The fasteners have been specifically designed to work with all currently available duct liners

    and Capacitor Discharge (CD) type welding application equipment. Capped CD Weld Pins are

    available for 12mm,25mm,38mm,50mm,75mm and 100mm insulation or other customized thickness.
