The truss-type bridge paver has extensive and significant
applications in the field of bridges, as detailed below:
1.Production of prefabricated bridge components:
It is used for the concrete paving of prefabricated box girders,
T-beams and other components to ensure the flatness and compactness
of the component surfaces, and improve the quality and production
efficiency of prefabricated components.
2.Cast-in-place bridge construction:
In the construction of cast-in-place box girders, continuous
girders and other structures, it realizes the continuous paving of
large-area concrete, reduces construction joints, and enhances the
integrity of the bridge structure.
Features
(1) The modular assembly mode of the whole machine truss adopts a
split composite connection for the roller shaft, which is easy to
install and can expand the combination to different widths, making
it suitable for the use of bridge decks with different widths and
improving equipment utilization.
(2) This equipment uses a tire walking mechanism to directly walk
on the steel mesh of the bridge deck. If there are local
unevenness, the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by a
high-precision digital leveling instrument to adjust the elevation.
In the case where the guardrail has already been laid, suspended
structures can be used on both sides to support walking on the
guardrail;
(3) Two vibrating rollers with leveling and slurry lifting
functions, and the height and inclination angle of the rollers can
be adjusted up and down. At the same time, the shock-absorbing pad
handwheel can be adjusted arbitrarily to achieve the adjustment of
the transverse slope of the bridge deck.
(4) Equipped with a flushing system for easy daily maintenance.
(5)Provide lighting fixtures to address lighting issues during
nighttime and tunnel construction.
(6) The whole machine adopts high-frequency vibration pushing plate
to push the material, which can keep the concrete in a light and
flowing state, and the material level is uniform and consistent..
(7) Efficient compaction design effectively ensures the compactness
of concrete, and can also achieve certain ideal compaction and
leveling effects for low slump concrete.
(8) Using large-diameter high-speed rollers, it has a long wear
resistance life, flat transverse end faces, and good linear and
slurry lifting effects.
(9) High horsepower output easily maintains a high-speed and stable
paving state, which is conducive to ensuring construction quality
and improving construction efficiency.
