Product Introduction:
Rubber kneader (also known as internal mixer) is a machine used for rubber plasticization and mixing. It is mainly composed of internal mixing chamber, rotor, rotor sealing device, feeding and pressing device, unloading device, transmission device and machine base. - Working principle: When the rubber kneading machine is working, the two relatively
rotating rotors clamp the material from the feeding port and bring
it into the roller gap. The material is squeezed and sheared by the
rotor. After passing through the roller gap, it hits the sharp edge
of the lower top bolt and is divided into two parts. They return to
the top of the roller gap along the gap between the front and rear
chamber walls and the rotor. During the cycle of flowing around the
rotor, the material is sheared and rubbed everywhere, causing the
temperature of the rubber to rise sharply, the viscosity to
decrease, and the wettability of the rubber on the surface of the
compound to be increased, so that the rubber and the surface of the
compound are fully in contact. The compounding agent lumps pass
through the gap between the rotors, the gap between the rotor and
the upper and lower top bolts, and the inner wall of the internal
mixing chamber together with the rubber, and are sheared and
broken. They are surrounded by the stretched and deformed rubber
and stabilized in a broken state. At the same time, the ridges on
the rotor make the rubber material move along the axial direction
of the rotor, which plays a stirring and mixing role, so that the
compounding agent is evenly mixed in the rubber material.
- Main components:
- Mixing chamber: It is the main place for rubber plasticization and mixing, and
there is a certain space inside for materials to be mixed, sheared,
etc.
- Rotor: There are spiral ridges on the surface of the rotor, and the
number of them is two, four, six, etc. The cross-sectional
geometric shapes are triangular, cylindrical or elliptical, and are
divided into tangential and meshing types. The shape and structural
design of the rotor directly affect the shearing, extrusion and
mixing effects of the material.
- Rotor sealing device: Prevents the material from leaking from the gap between the rotor
and the mixing chamber during the mixing process, ensures the
sealing of the mixing chamber, and ensures the smooth progress of
the rubber mixing process and the quality of the rubber mixing.
- Feeding and pressing device: The feeding device is used to add rubber raw materials and
various compounding agents into the mixing chamber. The pressing
device usually adopts the form of a pressure weight, etc., which
applies a certain pressure to the material during the mixing
process to promote better mixing and kneading of the material,
prevent the material from being thrown into the upper space of the
mixing chamber when the rotor rotates, and ensure that the material
can be fully affected by the rotor.
- Discharging device: After the rubber mixing is completed, the mixed rubber material
is discharged from the mixing chamber. Common methods include
flip-type unloading, so that the rubber material can be quickly and
cleanly discharged for the next processing or treatment.
- Transmission device: used to transmit power and drive the rotor to rotate at a certain
speed. It is usually composed of a motor, a reducer, a coupling,
etc., to provide the required power for the rotation of the rotor
and ensure that the rotor can work according to the speed and
torque required by the process.
- Type:
- Pressure kneading machine (tumble mixer): used for plasticating and mixing rubber and plastics, and also
suitable for mixing and kneading viscous materials. Its features
include an elliptical shear type rotor, wear-resistant hard alloy
cladding on the rotor working surface, hard chrome plating on the
inner surface of the mixing chamber and the upper top bolt working
surface, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and long service
life; the rotor, mixing chamber and upper top bolt all adopt a
circulation channel structure to realize the circulation of heat
transfer medium, and the material can be heated and cooled by steam
or cooling water; the upper top bolt can exert pressure on the
material through the cylinder to force the material to mix evenly
and improve production efficiency; the rotor is supported by
rolling bearings, which is easy to maintain and has a long service
life; the transmission device adopts ngw planetary reducer, which
has a compact structure, high transmission efficiency, low noise
and long service life; for post-feeding, the mixing chamber is

- Open kneading machine: mainly used for kneading and refining of recycled rubber. The
roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron, with a hard and
wear-resistant surface. The front and rear rollers are smooth
rollers, and the inner cavity is processed to make the roller
surface temperature uniform; the reducer adopts ngw hard tooth
surface planetary gear reducer, and the machine is equipped with an
overload protection device to protect the main parts from damage
due to overload; the machine is equipped with an emergency brake.
When an emergency occurs, pull the pull rod and the machine will
brake immediately, which is safe and reliable; the roller spacing
is adjusted manually, which is easy to operate; the machine is

from the roll.
