Product Introduction with Leak Testing Equipment:
This equipment is a direct-cooled plate airtight helium leak
detector, mainly comprising processes such as loading, scanning,
workpiece evacuation and major leak detection, evacuation, helium
filling, helium leak detection, recovery, and unloading. By
detecting helium signals within the leak detection chamber with a
helium leak detector, it can precisely, rapidly, and accurately
determine the leakage status of the workpiece. The equipment can
switch to a suction gun mode for leak point location on the
workpiece.
Product Features with Leak Testing Equipment:
1.Frame and Cover Plate Unit:
The main frame material is iron/aluminum profiles, and all cover
plates are made of iron with a painted finish in a national
standard light gray color (RAL 7035).
2.Vacuum Pumping Unit:
The vacuum pumping unit includes vacuum pumps, vacuum measurement
systems, valves, and piping.
3.Helium Recovery Unit:
Primarily consisting of a buffer tank, compressor, low-pressure
vessel, various valves, and interconnected piping, it can recover
helium from the workpiece within a set time.
4.Helium Filling Unit:
Comprising a high-pressure helium tank, various valves, and
interconnected piping. The helium filling pressure is adjustable
from 0 to 4 MPa, with automatic shutdown upon reaching the set
pressure. The actual pressure matches the set pressure precisely.
5.Automatic Helium Replenishment Function Module:
As helium is recycled, its concentration dilutes over time. When
the system helium level is insufficient, it automatically opens the
helium replenishment valve to add fresh helium.
6.Helium Concentration Monitoring Unit:
Equipped with an automatic online real-time helium concentration
monitor, it can automatically control helium filling. The helium
emitted by the instrument is connected to a low-pressure tank for
recovery.
