Helium Detection System for Automotive Relays
Introduction of Helium Detection System for Automotive Relays:
This system can complete the scanning of car relays, helium leak
detection, result judgment, data recording and uploading.
The workflow includes installing the workpiece, vacuuming the
vacuum chamber, filling the workpiece with helium, detecting fine
leakage of the workpiece, filling the vacuum chamber with helium,
and manually unloading the workpiece.
Feature of Helium Detection System for Automotive Relays:
1. Background cleaning technology: HJ has a patented helium
background noise cleaning technology that can effectively eliminate
the helium background noise in the vacuum chamber system. Provide a
clean and stable benchmark background indicator environment for the
system, avoid exceeding the helium background noise level of the
system and affecting the stability of system operation, and improve
the operational efficiency of the system.
2. Specially designed sealing fixtures: Different fixtures can be
configured for different workpieces. For different types of
workpieces, simply replace the fixture quickly and use this system
for leak detection.
3. Calibration techniques
a) Automatic calibration of the system: The operator can complete
it with one click through the human-machine interface, making
regular precision calibration operations simple.
b) Daily inspection of the system: The standard leak simulation for
daily inspection is used to simulate the workpiece to be inspected,
and online verification of the system accuracy can fully ensure the
stability of the system accuracy and the reliability of operation.
4. System quality assurance for products: As the entire process
engineering of the product is automatically completed by the
equipment, there is no need for operator judgment and execution,
which avoids the influence of human factors on the detection
results and ensures the consistency, objectivity, stability, and
repeatability of the operation.
