Grease trap principle: The use of wastewater suspended matter and water in the specific gravity of different to achieve the purpose of separation. The structure of the oil trap mostly adopts the horizontal flow, the oily wastewater enters the oil trap through the intake pipe, and the waste water enters another compartment from the bottom water outlet according to the principle of pouring rainbow, and the oil pollution floats on the surface of the flowing oil and stays in the filter basket in the pool to be collected for manual cleaning. The sewerage wastewater is then overflowed into the sewage network for subsequent treatment by the sewage treatment plant to remove emulsified oil and other contaminants.
