Product Introduction with Leak Testing Equipment:
Based on the fundamental principle of helium leak detection, this
equipment utilizes helium as the tracer gas. By employing this
device, the two sides of the battery end cover are completely
sealed and separated. Then, helium is used to surround one side of
the battery end cover. The leak detector rapidly and accurately
determines the overall leakage condition between the two sides of
the battery end cover by capturing helium signals from the
evacuated side of the battery end cover, thereby judging whether
there is any leakage between the terminal wire passing through the
end cover and the end cover itself.

The equipment adopts process automation technology, combining
process equipment with electrical automatic control technology. The
entire workpiece inspection process is automatically controlled by
PLC and touch screen, allowing operators to simply install and
unload workpieces. Compared to the customer's original equipment,
it eliminates the need for operators to judge the results of each
process step. Instead, the PLC program automatically judges the
results of the previous step and executes the next step based on
preset conditions. This not only saves physical labor but also
replaces the operator's judgment and execution.
