The selection method and process of gold milling machine when selecting gold:
1. After the installation and commissioning of TONTEN machinery gold milling machine, add about 5 kg of mercury to the bottom of the gold milling machine trough to start normal operation.
2. Collect gold sand once every shift, add 1 kg of mercury to collect the gold sand and mercury at the bottom of the mill, collect the mercury in the gold container, wrap the mercury with a red cloth with a relatively high density, and open the red cloth to remove the gold sand.
3. Add one kilogram of mercury at the beginning of each shift. There is a kind of gold grabbing cloth or gold grabbing blanket, and then put a mercury plate behind it to collect gold.

Working principle of gold mill:

The gold wet mill adopts wheel grinding working mode: the motor transmits power to reducer, and under drive of reducer, the torque is transmitted to upper horizontal axis through vertical shaft, and then transmitted to grinding wheel through the pull rod, so that grinding wheel generates driving force and rotates horizontally along the horizontal axis; the added ore is subjected to the extrusion force brought by the weight of the grinding wheel itself and huge friction force generated by the self-rotation of grinding disc in the mill, and is completely crushed after repeated extrusion, kneading and grinding. The fine particles of the ground monomer dissociated minerals are brought to the upper layer of the liquid phase in the mixed slurry, overflowed and discharged, and entered the next operation process for processing; the coarse-grained minerals settle at the bottom of the grinding disc and continue to be ground and crushed until the fineness meets the standard. The added ore materials are subjected to the extrusion force brought by the weight of the grinding wheel itself and the large friction force generated by the grinding disc during self-rotation in the mill,are completely crushed after repeated extrusion, kneading and grinding. The wet mill mainly achieves moisture balance, uniform ratio and low air content through repeated mixing, grinding, crushing and rolling of raw materials, thereby improving the forming rate and forming effect. The products formed by materials rolled by the wet mill have the characteristics of high density, good strength, no pores and high specific gravity.
