Tire Recycling Rubber Shredder Production Line For Rubber Power
Production process of tire crushing and recycling equipment:
The tire rubber is divided into two pieces of tire rims and block
materials through the top cutter and strip cutter. The tire rims
are separated from the steel wire and rubber by relative extrusion
of the double-roll tire extruder. The block materials enter the
tire rubber block grinding production line. The grinding machine
adopts roller rolling and circulation grinding. After multiple
grindings, the particles are completely separated from the steel
wire and rubber powder by magnetic separation. The fine material is
screened out by the belt conveyor through two layers of screening
beds, and then the capillary steel wire and pure rubber powder are
separated by the magnetic roller magnetic separator. The rubber
powder is cooled and dusted by the air separation bagging machine
and then packed into bags for storage. If the mesh number
requirement is not met, it can be returned to the grinding machine
through the return conveyor for further grinding.
The main equipment of tire rubber recycling production line:
1. Crusher: Initially crush the waste tires and cut them into
smaller blocks or particles. Usually a double-shaft shredder or
shearing crusher is used.
2. Fine grinder: Further fine grind the crushed rubber blocks to
make them into smaller and finer powdered rubber. Common ones
include ring knife mills, ball mills, Raymond mills, etc.
3. Screening equipment: Classify the finely ground rubber powder
and classify it according to different particle sizes to obtain
rubber powder of uniform size. Including vibrating screens, airflow
screens, etc.
4. Magnetic separation equipment: Remove metal impurities such as
steel wire and steel strands from the ground rubber powder, and
effectively separate metal impurities from rubber powder,no manual
operation is required, and efficient screening is performed.
5. Dust removal equipment: Collect and purify the dust generated
during the entire production process to ensure the hygiene of the
production environment. Including bag dust collectors,
electrostatic dust collectors, etc.
6. Conveying equipment: Mechanically transport materials between
processes, such as belt conveyors, screw conveyors, etc.
