Product introduction:
TONTEN machinery waste tire crushing and recycling line recycles

separation of steel wires and fibers to produce pure rubber

Production line process:
1. Fully automatic wire drawing machine to remove steel rims from
scrap tires
2. Conveying equipment, including conveyor belts, screw conveyors
and air pressure transmission systems, can transport tires to the
shredder
3. Shredder shreds tires into films
4. The steel wire separator separates rubber and steel wire and
processes them into rubber particles.
5. Magnetic separator separates steel wires from rubber and steel
wire mixtures
6. Use a crusher to crush the rubber particles into smaller sizes
7. The vibrating screen sorts rubber particles of different sizes,
and the oversized particles are sent back to the crusher for
secondary crushing.
8. Fiber separator removes foreign matter and fibers
9. The secondary magnetic separator removes any remaining small
steel wires
10. The grinder grinds the particles into powder
11. Fully automatic bagging system loads finished products into
storage bags or packaging bags.
