Introduction to carbonization furnace:
Horizontal carbonization furnace is generally composed of furnace body, discharging machine, dust removal system and other parts. The furnace body is a metal structure with refractory lining. There is a loading rack inside the furnace body for placing the raw materials to be carbonized. The discharging machine is located at the bottom of the furnace body and is used to discharge the carbonized products. The dust removal system includes flue gas ducts and bag dust collectors, etc., which are used to collect and purify the generated flue gas. The horizontal carbonization furnace is suitable for the carbonization of agricultural and forestry wastes such as wood, husks, rice husks, palm shells, and coconut shells. It can also be used to carbonize organic wastes such as urban domestic garbage and sludge. The carbonized products can be used as solid fuels, adsorbents, soil conditioners, process raw materials, etc.

Working principle:
The horizontal carbonization furnace adopts an intermittent carbonization process. First, the raw materials are loaded into the loading rack, and then the furnace door is closed. The raw materials are heated to undergo pyrolysis reaction under oxygen-deficient conditions and finally converted into carbonized products. The whole process needs to control parameters such as temperature and time. Usually the carbonization temperature is 400-800°C, and the time ranges from several hours to several days, depending on the material diameter and moisture content.
