DESCRIPTION OF CALCINED BAUXITE HOMOGENIZED MATERIAL

content meets standard before homogenization.
The required target value is maintained long-lasting and stable.
The product has high density (above 3.4g/cm3), low water absorption
(within 0.8%), low porosity (within 1.5%), low iron and stable and
controllable (1.5%) Within), aluminum content is high and can be
customized adjustment (83%-90% order adjustment), corundum phase
can reach about 15%, uniform and compact structure, blue color,
stable firing and no underfired materials, which can meet the
requirements of different users different requirements.

Application Grade 83 and 85 calcined bauxite homogenized material
are mainly used as high-quality raw materials for refractory
products such as :
1) Ladle castables
2) Iron hook materials
3) Blast furnace low-creep bricks
4) Rotary kilns, etc.
88# and 90# materials can be used instead of selected special grade
materials and part of brown fused alumina materials.
