DESCRIPTION OF SHAFT KILN CALCINED BAUXITE
88 grade shaft kiln high-temperature calcined bauxite is produced
from local high-quality low-iron and high-bauxite raw ore as raw
materials and is calcined at a high temperature of 1600 degrees in
a shaft kiln.
The product has low iron content (within 1.5%) and high aluminum
content (88%), low potassium (within 0.5%), low sodium (within
0.08%) and high body density (above 3.4g/cm3), low water absorption
(within 1.6%), moderate porosity, compact product structure,
particle size Uniform, meticulous hand selection, stable
indicators, suitable for customers of refractories.
