The DMF series is categorized based on installation structure into
three main types, each suited for specific working conditions:
Right angle (DMF-Z): The inlet and outlet angles are set at 90 degrees, offering a
compact design that saves space efficiently. One of its typical
models is the DMF-Z-25/40S, ideal for high-dust environments found
in steel and cement plants. A key advantage is the easy
installation due to the direct connection between the airbag and
spray pipe.
Direct type (DMF-T): Featuring an inlet and outlet angle of 180 degrees, this type
ensures low airflow resistance and is best suited for small and
medium-sized dust removal setups. A common model is the DMF-T-20
(with a 20mm diameter), commonly used in the wood processing and
food industries. Parameters include a working pressure range of 0.4
to 0.7MPa and a diaphragm life exceeding 1 million cycles.
Submerged (DMF-Y): A popular model, with the valve body embedded in the airbag
installation, enhancing circulation efficiency and perfect for
scenarios with low-pressure gas sources. Various typical models
include:
- DMF-Y-80 (three and a half inches): Provides extensive spray
coverage, enhancing dust removal efficiency significantly.
- DMF-Y-102SA: Features a 3-inch valve body achieving a 4-inch
injection effect, resulting in a 45% boost in injection volume
compared to traditional 3-inch valves.
- DMF-Y-76S/90S: Designed with a large diameter range of 76mm to
102mm, suitable for larger systems like cement kiln tails and waste
incineration.
Applications:
Industrial Dust Removal System:
Iron and Steel Metallurgy: Used for high-temperature and high dust
environments such as sintering heads and blast furnace gas
purification, requiring the use of a cooler (temperature ≤ 60 ℃).
It is recommended to use a DMF-Z right angle valve or submerged
valve.
Cement manufacturing: kiln tail dust collector, raw material
grinding dust removal, compatible with DMF-Y submerged valve (such
as DMF-Y-80), resistant to ambient temperature dust (<80 ℃).
Garbage incineration: Fluorine rubber (FKM) membrane submerged
valves (such as DMF-Y-62S) are required for acid flue gas
treatment, which can increase corrosion resistance by 8 times.
Wood processing/food chemical industry: sawdust or powder pneumatic
conveying scenarios, suitable for straight through valves (DMF-T
series), requiring oil-free dry air (oil content<5ppm).
Auxiliary System:
Bunker arch breaking: The material bridge in the coal powder silo
and grain silo is broken by pulse airflow, with a frequency of ≤ 30
times/minute.
Pneumatic conveying blockage removal: Install pulse valves at
pipeline blockage points to instantly spray and clear powder
materials (such as plastic particles and food grade calcium
carbonate).
