Product Description:
The DMF-Y-40S SBFEC type full immersion pulse valves we produce are
subject to relevant performance checks to ensure proper service to
the customer and have a long service life:
1, Anti-vibration test:
The valve is fixed on the vibration test bench, and after the
vibration frequency is 20 Hz, the full amplitude is 2 mm, and the
vibration is 30 min, the fasteners of each part of the valve are
checked for looseness and the work is normal.
2, Diaphragm life test:
The clean air of the nominal pressure is connected to the air inlet
of the electromagnetic pulse valve, and the nominal voltage value
of the width of 0.1 s and the interval of 3 s is input on the
electromagnetic valve, and the number of consecutive or cumulative
operations of the valve is recorded.
Applications:
Industrial Dust Removal System
Iron and Steel Metallurgy: This system is designed for use in high-temperature and high dust
environments, such as sintering heads and blast furnace gas
purification. It requires a cooler to maintain a temperature of
60°C or lower. It is recommended to use a DMF-Z right angle valve
or submerged valve for optimal performance.
Cement Manufacturing: The system is suitable for kiln tail dust collection and raw
material grinding dust removal. It is compatible with DMF-Y
submerged valves, such as DMF-Y-80, and can withstand dust at
temperatures below 80°C.
Garbage Incineration: For acid flue gas treatment, the system requires Fluorine rubber
(FKM) membrane submerged valves, like DMF-Y-62S, to enhance
corrosion resistance by eight times.
Wood Processing/Food Chemical Industry: In scenarios involving sawdust or powder pneumatic conveying,
straight-through valves from the DMF-T series are recommended.
These valves are suitable for use with oil-free dry air containing
less than 5 ppm of oil content.
Auxiliary System
Bunker Arch Breaking: Pulse airflow is used to break material bridges in coal powder
silos and grain silos. The frequency of the airflow is maintained
at or below 30 times per minute.
Pneumatic Conveying Blockage Removal: Pulse valves are installed at pipeline blockage points to
instantly spray and clear powder materials, such as plastic
particles and food-grade calcium carbonate.
