The FS1299-12P05 waterproof slip ring features an
oxidation-resistant aluminum alloy housing and offers 12 5A current
channels suitable for small and medium-power devices. It also
offers IP67 protection against high-pressure water jets and is
suitable for rotating components in small desalination equipment,
food processing rinsers, and other environments subject to acidic
and alkaline mist.

1. The aluminum alloy housing is black anodized, forming a dense
oxide layer on the surface. This is not only resistant to oil and
rust, but also reduces corrosion from seawater and acidic and
alkaline mist, making it particularly suitable for use in coastal
areas.
2. The 12-channel 5A current design is specifically designed to
accommodate small and medium-power devices. The load balance of
each current channel prevents local overheating caused by uneven
power distribution.

water. If the device is accidentally dropped into water or
subjected to high-pressure washing, it quickly blocks water
intrusion and reduces the risk of failure.
4. The low friction coefficient of the precious metal contacts,
combined with a low starting torque of 0.1 N·m, eliminates the need
for additional power to overcome slip ring resistance during device
startup, indirectly reducing energy consumption by approximately
5%-8%.
