Xilinx Kintex® UltraScale+™ FPgas support -3, -2 and -1 speed
classes, among which the -3E device has the highest performance.
The -2LE device and -1LI device can be at 0.85V or 0.72V
VCCINT operates at voltage and offers a lower maximum static power
consumption. When using -2LE and -1LI devices operating at VCCINT =
0.85V, the speed specification of the L device is corresponding to
the -2I or -1I speed
The grades are the same. When operating at VCCINT = 0.72V, the
performance of -2LE and -1LI devices, as well as their static and
dynamic power consumption, will all decline.
The DC and AC characteristics are specified according to the
following temperature ranges: Extended grade (E), Industrial grade
(I), and military grade (M). In addition to the normal operating
