Product Overview:
This Oil Immersion Test Chamber is designed for evaluating the oil
resistance of rubber and plastic insulators or enameled wires, as
required by ASTM D471-98 and IEC 62368-1:2018 clause Y.4.5. The
testing method involves immersing samples in hot oil and then
evaluating their tensile strength or paint film quality, depending
on the material.
The system offers precise temperature control, efficient heating
and mixing, and multiple safety features, making it suitable for
quality control labs, manufacturing validation, and material
durability testing.
