Unique Box Type Side Baffle
The unique box type side baffle adopts micro strip slit hole design
on the inner wall, which can prevent splashing sparks from
rebounding and hurting people. The built-in high-efficiency
flame-retardant silencing fiber has good sound-absorbing effect.
The box type side baffle can be opened according to the shape and
length of the workpiece, and the maximum opening angle can reach
180°.
Proprietary Impeller Structure
Through simulation calculation, the proprietary impeller structure
independently developed and the built-in high-efficiency fan ensure
the characteristics of high wind pressure, large suction, low noise
and low energy consumption. There are suction vents on the bottom
and front of the workbench, which can effectively control the
dispersion of dust.
Semi Closed Dust Suppression Structure
The whole adopts simulation, fluid dynamics calculation and
patented design. The equipment adopts semi closed dust suppression
structure, and labyrinth side suction plate can pre separate large
particle dust. The bottom suction and side suction air volume can
also be reasonably distributed according to the dust splash state.
The structural design of the inner channel is more reasonable and
the wind pressure loss is small. High dust capture efficiency and

Dust Purification Room with Filter Cartridge
The dust purification room is equipped with a standard filter
cartridge, flame-retardant shroud, fire flowers, dust separation,
and reduce the direct impact of dust on the filter element, so as
to prolong the service life of the filter element. Drawer type dust
collecting box, convenient and fast dust removal.

Replacement and Reuse of Filter

cartridge filter to take it down from the table; Anticlockwise
rotate the cartridge filter to fasten it on. The filter from
replacement can be reused, as long as it can be cleaned thoroughly,
you can clean it by using compressed air.
