1. The unique box type side baffle adopts micro strip slit hole
design on the inner wall, which can prevent splashing sparks from
rebounding and hurting people. The built-in high-efficiency
flame-retardant silencing fiber has good sound-absorbing effect.
The box type side baffle can be opened according to the shape and
length of the workpiece, and the maximum opening angle can reach
180°.
2. Through simulation calculation, the proprietary impeller
structure independently developed and the built-in high-efficiency
fan ensure the characteristics of high wind pressure, large
suction, low noise and low energy consumption. There are suction
vents on the bottom and front of the workbench, which can
effectively control the dispersion of dust.
3. The whole adopts simulation, fluid dynamics calculation and
patented design. The equipment adopts semi closed dust suppression
structure, and labyrinth side suction plate can pre separate large
particle dust. The bottom suction and side suction air volume can
also be reasonably distributed according to the dust splash state.
