1. Basic parameters
Capacity: 3ml (actual filling volume is recommended to be 2.8-2.9ml, and space is reserved to prevent overflow)
Material:
Shell: ABS plastic (matte/bright) or metal aluminum tube (high-end model).
Inner tube: PP (polypropylene) or PETG (transparent and visible).
Brush head: nylon fiber/silicone (optional short velvet or bevel design).

2. Core component parameters
Rotation system:
Gear structure (PP material, wear-resistant and silent).
Rotation torque: 0.3-0.6N·m (ensuring smoothness without jamming).
Sealing:
Silicone inner plug is leak-proof (passed -0.05MPa negative pressure test).
The brush head is sealed after insertion (anti-drying).

3. Brush head design
Type:
Short velvet brush head (even glaze).
Silicone air cushion head (matte matte effect).
Liquid channel:
Hollow design (controllable flow).
Liquid outlet diameter: 1.2-2.0mm (affects color thickness).
