Product Overview

The Constant Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber is specifically designed for simulating high/low temperature and damp heat environments, enabling manufacturers to conduct process quality control, reliability evaluation, and life cycle tests on products, parts, and materials.

This chamber is widely used for testing electrical and electronic components, mechanical assemblies, and large industrial parts—both semi-finished and finished—under programmed temperature and humidity cycles.

By reproducing harsh conditions such as heat, cold, condensation, and temperature-humidity alternation, it helps engineers detect hidden defects early, prevent field failures, and ensure long-term durability.

Using a combination of heating, refrigeration, and humidification systems, the chamber precisely controls the internal environment. It replicates the temperature and humidity levels specified by international testing standards and user-defined profiles.

The fully enclosed chamber structure ensures efficient insulation and stable environmental conditions throughout the test duration.
