Working principle

The working principle of the vertical screw conveyor is as follows: The driving device rotates the screw shaft and the blades. The rotating screw blades generate an axial thrust on the material, causing it to move upward along the helical surface within the enclosed casing, thus achieving continuous vertical transportation of the material. During this process, the material remains relatively stable relying on its own gravity and the frictional forces with the inner wall of the casing and the screw blades. As the screw blades rotate, the material is continuously pushed upward and finally completes the lifting and transfer.
