Product Introduction

Our blower consists of three vital parts, one being the ternary flow impeller. The impeller, constructed from 7075 material, enables stable operation under extremely high speeds. It is precision-manufactured by a five-axis machining center and designed with the ternary flow principle, reaching a multi-variable efficiency of 92%. The second part is a high-speed permanent magnet motor, which utilizes advanced motor air-cooling technology, with an efficiency of 97%. This motor is characterized by frequency speed control, high energy efficiency, simple overall structure, high power density, broad amplitude range, strong overload capability, and high reliability. The third is an air bearing, which employs a self-acting dynamic pressure air bearing supported by a flexible surface. It features long operation life, high reliability, good stability, strong bearing capacity, and high temperature resistance. Without lubrication, it has nearly no power loss, with obvious energy-saving effects. No friction exists inside the dynamic pressure air bearing, which reduces rotor vibration. The rotor amplitude is below 0.02mm, and it has undergone 20,000 start-stop tests, making it a semi-permanent bearing in reality.
