Product Introduction
Our blower contains three kinds of important parts, one of them is
the ternary flow impeller, this impeller material is 7075, which
can realize the stable operation under the ultra-high speed,
five-axis machining center precision machining and made of the
ternary flow design concept, the impeller multi-variable efficiency
reaches 92%. The second is a high-speed permanent magnet motor,
this motor adopts advanced motor air-cooling technology, motor
efficiency up to 97%, this motor is characterized by frequency
speed control, high efficiency and energy saving, the overall
structure is simple, high power density, large range of amplitude,
overload capacity, high reliability. The third one is air bearing,
this kind of bearing adopts self-acting dynamic pressure air
bearing supported by flexible surface, which is characterized by
long operation life, high reliability, good stability, strong
bearing capacity and high temperature resistance. Without
lubrication, there is almost no power loss, energy saving effect is
obvious. No friction exists inside the dynamic pressure air
bearing, which suppresses rotor vibration. The rotor amplitude is
less than 0.02mm. the rotor passes 20000 times start-stop test, it
is a semi-permanent bearing in the real sense of the word.
