Electrolube PUC is a tough, flexible, modified polyurethane
conformal coating specifically designed for the protection of
electronic circuitry. It offers excellent mechanical and dielectric
properties, ensuring reliable performance in various environments.
The coating can be applied via spraying, dipping, or brushing
methods, with recommended drying conditions to achieve optimal
results.
Enhanced Properties
PUC exhibits high abrasion resistance and solvent resistance even
at room temperature curing, making it ideal for robust
applications. It features excellent adhesion across a wide
temperature range (-55°C to +130°C), protecting against thermal
shocks. Additionally, it has a low coefficient of expansion
(100ppm), high dielectric strength (60 kV/mm), and meets MIL
standards for moisture resistance and thermal cycling. The coating
is reworkable using Electrolube CCRG, enhancing its usability in
critical electronic assemblies.

circuit boards (PCBs) to protect against environmental hazards such
as moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature fluctuations. Based
