3M Scotch-Weld DP110 is a two-part epoxy adhesive available in
Translucent and Grey variants. It features a 1:1 mix ratio by
volume, 8-13 minute worklife at 24°C, achieves handling strength in
20 minutes, and is designed for general structural bonding of
metals, plastics, and rubber.
Product Description
DP110 combines rapid curing with flexibility (40% elongation),
maintaining performance from -55°C to 82°C. Its unique formulation
delivers high bond strength (2500 psi) on oily metal surfaces and
enables precise mixing/dispensing via the Duo-Pak cartridge system.
