Polyurethane Grouting Fluid
Single Component Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grouting fluid is a kind
of polymer chemistry grouting material, which is made of
hydrophilic polyether polyols and Isocyanate. The material reacts
with water to form an elastic colloidal solid, thus achieving a
good water-stopping effect. It is a new high-pressure grouting
material for water-proof and leak-stopping.
This product is produced by our company through the introduction of
advanced foreign technology. Polyurethane grouting material is a
kind of high elasticity and toughness gel with low shrinkage and
compact structure, which is polymerized after mixing with water and
then rapidly foamed, expanded and solidified. This product has a
very superior self repairing function by repeatedly foaming with
water, and its waterproof and leak stopping effect is 2-3 times
that of traditional leak stopping materials.

Product Features

1) When the slurry meets water, it will undergo chemical reaction
immediately and disperse, emulsify and foam by itself to form an
impermeable elastic colloidal solid with good water-stopping
performance.
2) Quick response, high strength and strong packing.
3) With the aid of the gas pressure, the grout can further press into
the voids of the structure, so that the porous structure or the
formation can be completely filled and compacted.
4) The slurry has good swelling property, large water inclusion
capacity, good hydrophilicity and filling property. And the
viscosity of the slurry, curing speed can be adjusted according to
needs.

Note: When conducting water-based central control, a water
inclusion test should be conducted first. If there are abnormal
situations such as white spots, translucency, or inability to
contain water during the water inclusion process, it is judged as
unqualified, and the content of - NCO should be measured at the
same time.

Application

1. All kinds of buildings and underground concrete engineering
cracks, expansion joints, construction joints, structural joints
sealing leakage.
2. In the coal mining or other mining project, the water shuts in
the tunnel, the roof and so on broken layer reinforcement.
3. Strengthening of Bridge Foundation and bridge cracks.

1. Wear protective equipment (such as gloves, goggles) during
construction to avoid direct contact with the skin, if there is
contamination should be washed with plenty of water.
2. This product is stored in a cool place, construction must pay
attention to ventilation and away from the source of fire materials
not solidified before the construction area away from open fire.

Product packaging

1. Stored in clean, dry and sealed iron drums
2. Transport according to regular product requirements, prevent
rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and ensure that th
packaging is intact.
3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool
place, away from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature
should not be higher than 40℃.
4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 9months.
