One-component polyurethane grout (Oil-soluble) is a kind of
chemical grout material, which is formed by composite
polymerization of polybasic alcohol and polybasic Isocyanate with
isocyanate groups at the end. The material reacts with water
immediately to produce gas, volume expansion and the formation of a
water-insoluble and has a certain strength of the foaming body, can
be waterproof leakage, more suitable for reinforcement.
This product is produced by our company through the introduction of
advanced foreign technology. Polyurethane grouting material is a
kind of high elasticity and toughness gel with low shrinkage and
compact structure, which is polymerized after mixing with water and
then rapidly foamed, expanded and solidified. This product has a
very superior self repairing function by repeatedly foaming with
water, and its waterproof and leak stopping effect is 2-3 times
that of traditional leak stopping materials.

Take 25g of the sample and pour it into a 450ml paper cup. Add 1g
of water and stir quickly until foaming begins. Start timing when
the foam height no longer rises. Stop timing when the foam height
stops rising. If the height from the cup mouth to the top of the
foam is greater than 3cm and the foaming time is 3min to 9min, and
the foam does not shrink after 30min, it is judged as qualified.

Application

Product packaging

1. Stored in clean, dry and sealed iron drums
2. Transport according to regular product requirements, prevent
rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and ensure that th
packaging is intact.
3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool
place, away from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature
should not be higher than 40℃.
4. Under normal storage conditions, the shelf life is 9months.
