Three, the main function
The docking station has SMEMA signal interface.
It can be connected to the upper and lower devices. When there is no board on the docking station, it will give the front device a board-requiring signal. When the board reaches the front light sensing position or the end, and the rear device does not temporarily When a board is needed, the belt stops running, and both are equipped with photoelectric sensors. At this time, a board signal is given to the rear device, and when the rear device needs a board, the belt of the docking station starts to run again, and the board is supplied to the rear device. If the rear device does not need a board temporarily, the PCB board is waiting on the docking station. If there is a board in the parking space, the front-end equipment will be controlled to suspend work, and the front-end equipment can be automatically activated when there is an empty space in the docking station.
Fourth, the transmission principle
(1) The conveyor belt of the docking station is an anti-static wide round belt. The belts on both sides of the guide rail are driven by the same 15W adjustable speed motor through a transmission sprocket. The start and stop of the motor are signaled by the supply and demand boards of the upper and lower equipment. Control, the first, the middle and the end are all equipped with photoelectric sensors, which can sense whether there is a PCB board on the guide rail
(2) The guide rail is divided into a fixed guide rail and a movable guide rail. The width of the movable guide rail is adjusted by two interlocking sliding rods.
