Medical-grade production standards and safety advantages
Aseptic production process
The production line is equipped with the Class 8 cleanroom
integrated interface (which can be connected to the customer's
cleanroom). The key processes (such as core forming and packaging)
adopt aseptic grade stainless steel material (316L), with a surface
roughness of ≤0.8μm, meeting the production requirements of
medical-grade incontinence products in the EU GMP (Good
Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceuticals).
The integrated ultraviolet sterilization and ozone disinfection
system conducts online sterilization of raw materials such as
non-woven fabrics and absorbent resins. The microbial residue is
≤10CFU/g, meeting the hygiene standards for medical adult diapers
in countries such as Germany and France.
Allergen control technology
It adopts the glue-free ultrasonic welding process (replacing
traditional hot melt adhesive), avoiding the residue of chemical
adhesives. At the same time, it has passed the 191 substances of
very high concern (SVHC) test of the EU REACH regulation, and is
suitable for people with sensitive skin (the skin sensitivity rate
of people over 65 years old in Europe is 42%).
The core material has passed the skin patch test, and a
biocompatibility report issued by a notified body of the European
Union can be provided to support customers in applying for CE-MDR
(Medical Device Regulation) certification.
