Test process of Building Materials Ignitability Flammability Tester:

EN ISO 11925 Building material flammability test - test time
There are 2 ignition times to choose from, 15s or 30s. The test start time is the start time of ignition.

• If the ignition time is 15s, the total test time is 20s, calculated from the start of ignition.
• If the ignition time is 30s, the total test time is 60s, calculated from the start of ignition.

EN ISO 11925-2 Building material flammability test - result requirements
For each sample tested by EN ISO 11925-2, the following phenomena must be recorded:

• Whether the sample is ignited
• Whether the flame tip reaches 150mm from the ignition point, and record the time when this phenomenon occurs
• Whether the filter paper is ignited
• Observe the physical behavior of the sample

Introduction:

The flammability tester measures the combustion performance of building materials under the direct impact of a small flame in a vertical direction. Applicable to categories B, C, D, E, Bfl, Cfl, Dfl and Efl related to building material testing, the device provides an overall solution and is easy for operators to use. The tester also meets the test requirements of DIN 4102; Part 1; Class B2.

Main Feature:

1. The box body is made of stainless steel, which can resist corrosion and greatly extend the life of the product.
2. Two tempered glass doors are equipped on the front and side for easy observation and testing.
3. Standard stainless steel sample clamps and wide stainless steel sample clamps are provided.
4. The ignition source can be placed vertically or at 45 degrees, suitable for bottom and edge ignition.
5. The flame height is adjusted by a precision needle valve.
6. A flame height measuring device and a sample distance measuring gauge are provided.
7. The sample rack can be moved up and down and left and right through mechanical settings.
