IEC 61034 3 Meter Cube Smoke Density Tester Product Introduction:

The wire and cable smoke density tester is mainly used for the measurement of the smoke density of cables or optical cables. The system is in accordance with the new GB/T17651 and IEC61034 standards. The measuring principle of this test instrument is Lambert-Beer law. The smoke density is expressed by measuring the light transmittance of the smoke to the initial light transmittance through the optical system, and the large specific optical density is calculated by the small percentage of the light transmittance. Its detection indicators are the optical density OD and the specific optical density Ds of the smoke.

Smoke density test system:

1. Light source: halogen lamp with clean crystal bulb and tungsten filament; 2900K color temperature; power 100W, DC12V, nominal luminous flux 2000lm~3000lm;
2. Smoke density test optical density measurement range 0%~100%;
3. Support system used to install smoke density special light source and imported high-resolution photoelectric tube receiver on the exterior wall
4. The laboratory is equipped with door and window sealing structure;
