    Introduction:

    The double-plate thermal conductivity tester is a highly accurate testing tool for measuring the thermal conductivity of insulation materials. It has a wide testing temperature range (high temperature up to 800°C, low temperature up to - 160°C). It can not only measure soft materials (cotton, felt, etc.) , and can measure hard materials, has good accuracy, is convenient for loading and unloading test pieces, and has the advantages of the computer automatically adjusting and controlling the judgment results and generating test reports according to user needs. It complies with ISO8302 and ASTMC177, as well as the national standard GB10294-2008 Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of thermal insulation materials using the protected hot plate method. The principle is to use the principle of one-way stable thermal conduction to place two samples on the hot plate and two Between the side cold plates, when the hot and cold sides of the sample are at different temperatures and reach strict stable conditions, the thermal conductivity is calculated by measuring the electrical power of the effective hot surface of the sample, the temperature difference between the two surfaces of the sample and the thickness of the sample. It has a unique internal protection temperature difference measurement system and a high-precision external protection temperature control system. The reasonable design allows the heat flow direction to be conducted only from the hot surface to the cold surface, without heat loss in other directions.
