1.Description:
Automatic film applicators are used to prepare uniform and traceable coatings (manual coating often lacks consistency, particularly between different operators, making sample comparisons difficult or even unreliable), offering excellent reproducibility. This is because the factors influencing coating-shear rate and the weight applied to the application tool-are precisely controlled. The instrument employs a precisely controlled wire rod or applicator that moves back and forth at a selected speed. By maintaining consistent shear rate and tool weight during coating, reproducibility is significantly enhanced.

BGD 218/S & BGD 219/S are two automatic film applicators that incorporate the most advanced technologies from international counterparts. Compared to other domestic products, they feature the following advantages:

• *Optimized vacuum suction platform with highly uniform adsorption force distribution (BGD 218/S).

• *External vacuum pump eliminates vibration caused by traditional built-in vacuum pump designs during coating (BGD 218/S only).
