Product introduction:
J41W series globe valves are widely used in various industrial
pipelines to control the flow of media. When selecting them, in
addition to considering the valve model and material, comprehensive
evaluation should be conducted based on factors such
as the temperature, pressure, corrosiveness of the media, and flow
requirements. Furthermore, factors such as the space of
the installation environment, operation modes (manual, electric, or
pneumatic), and maintenance convenience should not be
ignored.

Product features:
1. Structural Advantages: Globe valves feature a simpler design
than gate valves. The single sealing surface design facilitates
manufacturing and maintenance, and they are suitable for a wide
pressure range. When fully closed, the disc stroke is short,
resulting in a lower overall height.
2. Performance Characteristics: The opening/closing height is only
about 1/4 of the seat diameter, ensuring reliable shut-off
and easy flow regulation. When open, the sealing surfaces are
separated, minimizing wear and extending service life.
3. Operation Notes: Unidirectional flow requires directional
installation. With a longer structure, globe valves have higher
opening/closing torque and slower operation. The tortuous flow path
increases resistance and energy loss.
4. Design Requirement: When the medium enters from below the disc,
the closing force exceeds the opening force, necessitating
a larger stem diameter to prevent bending.
