1. The chemical composition of material will be tested and will
provide the MTC.
2. All dimensions checked by our quality inspector, if required,
they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or
representative appointed by buyer.
3. Wall thickness of base pipe is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection
method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection.
4. Do Destructive Collapse Test before shipment.
5. If required, the screens will be making pickling and passivation.
6. Pre-shipment Inspection can be arranged.
