To enhance functionality, it can be optionally equipped with a ribbon coder or inkjet printer for printing production batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and other traceability information during the labeling process. Automatic Front and Back/Double Sides/Flat Bottle/ Round Bottle/ Sticker Labeling Machine

Workflow:
Manually place the products to be labeled (via infeed conveyor or bottle unscrambler) → Products are automatically separated, aligned, and conveyed → Product detection → Labeling → Labeled products are collected (proceed to the next process) → Products are taken away.

Working Principle:
Once the bottles enter the labeling machine’s conveyor, they are fed at a constant speed. A fixed device on the machine separates the products at a consistent distance and guides them forward along the conveyor. Through the mechanical system (drive roller, labeling roller, and rewinding roller), the drive roller intermittently pulls the label strip forward. Labels are peeled from the backing paper and applied to the product via the labeling mechanism.
