Installation, commissioning and operation
1. Before installation:
All the components of the fan should be comprehensively inspected,
such as: whether the mechanical parts are complete, whether the
rotation direction of the impeller and the casing is consistent,
whether the connection of each part is close, whether the main
mechanical parts such as the impeller, spindle, bearing are
damaged, and whether the transmission group is flexible, etc., if
the problem is found, it should be repaired immediately.
2. When installing:
Pay attention to check the casing, there should be no tools or
debris dropped and left in the shell. In order to prevent rust and
reduce disassembly difficulties, a layer of lubricating oil or
mechanical oil should be coated on some bonding surfaces. The
connection surface between the fan and the foundation and the inlet
and exit pipelines should be adjusted to make them coincide
naturally. The connection should not be forced, and the weight of
the pipeline should not be added to the components of the fan, and
attention should be paid to ensure the horizontal position.
3. Installation requirements:
(1) Install according to the position and size shown in the
drawing. In order to ensure high efficiency, especially ensure the
axial and radial clearance size of the air inlet and the impeller.
(2) After installation, try to dial the transmission group to check
whether there is too tight or scratches with the fixed part. If
not, it should be excluded.
(3) Test operation of fan:
After all installation is completed, the test run can only be
carried out after the general inspection is qualified.
The power selected by the fan refers to the specific working
condition, coupled with mechanical loss and the due safety factor,
in order to prevent the motor from being burned due to overload,
the fan must be started and tested in the absence of load, namely:
