Intelligence and management are of vital importance in the control
of all components for optimum bus climate. Behind the efficient and
error-free control of heater, air conditioning unit and
ventilation, etc, is the intelligence of software based on SAE
J1939, while the climate control components such as auto cleaner,
anti-noise device, etc are integrate into climate control system.
This sophisticated method of management system is for customers and
us to provide individual air conditioning and heating for driver
and passengers, and pre-set heater turn-on time and period, to make
a comfortable environment enjoying when stepping into bus.
Main functions:
1. Variety of working modes: cooling, heating, ventilation, heating
reservations, auto fresh air, auto air cleaning, driver &
passengers individual control, etc.
2. Error-free and auto emergency system.
3. Communication with engine and vehicle instruments.
Main function:
The vehicle climate centralized control system , including control
panel, roof-mounted AC module, driver side cab control module, etc.
The control panel communicate with each mould by the CAN bus
communication. Hereby, the control panel could realized the
centralized control of air condition, heater, driver side, etc. It
could control the passenger side and driver side have the
independent air-flow mode regulation.
