Key Features and Applications

1. Battery Thermal Management
   • Our water-cooled units play a vital role in regulating the temperature inside the battery box of electric commercial vehicles. By keeping the temperature within the ideal range, they help reduce thermal disparities, ensuring consistent battery performance and enhancing durability.
2. Powertrain Cooling
   • In addition to managing battery temperature, our water-cooled systems are also responsible for cooling the powertrain, including essential components such as the motor and controller. These parts generate significant heat during operation, and our units effectively dissipate this heat by circulating cooling water. This ensures the powertrain operates smoothly and reliably under various conditions.
3. Auxiliary System Cooling
   • In some commercial vehicles, our water-cooled units are also utilized to cool auxiliary systems, such as air conditioning and hydraulic systems. These systems require a stable temperature environment to function optimally and maintain their longevity. Our BTMS provides the necessary thermal regulation to support these auxiliary systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the vehicle.

Integrated thermal management types

According to the specific situation and the actual requirements of customers (integrated air conditioning + battery, battery + air conditioning + motor cooling, comprehensive heat management with heat recovery function, etc), 5KW, 8KW, 10KW, 13KW and other different power units can be selected;

Functional implementation(3KW): 1. The unit can achieve the cooling capacity demand of 3kw； 2. PTC liquid heater (6-14kw), with standby, cooling, heating and self-circulation working mode; 3. Use CAN 2.0 communication; 4. With the unit fault self-diagnosis function; 5. Upload real-time power information; 6. EMC meets the grade requirements; 7. Unit weight: 35kg ± 1kg;

Functional implementation(5KW): 1. The cooling capacity requirement of 5 kW can be realized by adjusting the configuration; 2. PLC liquid heater (6-14kw) with standby Refrigeration, heating, self-circulation working mode; 3. Use CAN 2.0 communication; 4. With the unit fault self-diagnosis function; 5. Upload real-time power information; 6. EMC meets the grade requirements; 7. Unit weight: 38kg ± 1kg;

Functional implementation(8KW): 1. Can be configured with PTC liquid heater, with standby, refrigeration, heating and self-circulation working mode; 2. Network control can be realized; 3. Use CAN 2.0 communication; 4. With the unit fault self-diagnosis function; 5. Upload real-time power information; 6. EMC meets the grade requirements; 7. Unit weight is 50kg ± 2kg.
