Precautions for use

‌Installation specifications‌

It needs to be installed vertically (special inclination requires additional support frame), and the solenoid valve wiring port faces upward to avoid moisture accumulation;

Before installation, clean the pipeline thoroughly to prevent welding slag or particles from blocking the valve core. After debugging, the handwheel needs to be reset to the neutral position.

‌Medium and working condition adaptation‌

Particle-containing or viscous media need to be pre-installed with filters (recommended filter element accuracy ≤40μm), and a pressure reducing valve is added before the valve to stabilize the pressure;

When the ambient temperature exceeds 60℃, a heat dissipation device or thermal insulation layer needs to be installed to protect the electrical components.

‌Maintenance and inspection‌

Regularly check the sealing: detect interface leakage through soapy water, or observe the pressure gauge fluctuation to determine internal wear;

After shutdown, the residual pressure in the pipeline needs to be emptied, and the port needs to be blocked and anti-rust oil applied for long-term shutdown.

The electrical connection must comply with explosion-proof specifications, and the signal line needs to be shielded to avoid abnormal regulation caused by electromagnetic interference;

It is recommended that the gas source pressure be stabilized at 6.2kg/cm², and the oil content be controlled at 0-5mg/m³ to extend the service life.
